Refund Policy - the basics

Eight Hours offers a straightforward 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products, including blue light blocking glasses. If you’re not fully satisfied, return eligible items for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to orders shipped within Malaysia.
Eligible Reasons for Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted for the following reasons within 30 days of delivery:

Change of Mind: Product doesn’t suit your style, fit, or expectations (unworn, with tags attached).

Wrong Size or Color: Doesn’t match what was ordered.

Defective or Damaged: Manufacturing faults, broken lenses/frames upon arrival, or shipping damage.

Wrong Item Received: Not as described or pictured.
Non-Refundable Items:
• Worn or used products.
• Custom or personalized orders.
• Final sale items (marked as such).
• Hygiene-sensitive items without original packaging.
How to start the refund process

Contact info@eighthours.com or WhatsApp +60-12-765 1206 within 7 days of noticing the issue (for defects) or 30 days of delivery (other reasons). Provide order number, photos, and reasoning for return.

Receive a return authorisation (RMA) and prepaid label if eligible (for defects/damages only).

Pack item securely in original packaging with tags. Ship to: Eight Hours Returns (full address on request)

Customer pays return shipping for change of mind/wrong size. Customer responsible for lost item cost during return shipment unless label provided by Eight Hours.

Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time: Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return. Allow 3-10 days for bank processing.

Refund Amount: Full purchase price (excluding original shipping). Original shipping is non-refundable.

Exchanges: Free for same-value items if stock available; otherwise, process as refund and reorder.

Partial refunds for partial returns (e.g., one lens pair from a multi-pack).
