Eight Hours provides reliable shipping within Malaysia mainland only. currently. All orders are processed and dispatched from our Kuala Lumpur warehouse.

Shipping Rates and Times

 

  • Free Shipping: On orders over RM150

  • Standard Rate: RM8 flat fee for orders under RM150.

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days via Pos Laju or J&T Express after order confirmation. Expect 1-2 days processing time.

  • Remote areas (e.g., East Malaysia) may incur an additional RM10-20 fee and 1-2 extra days.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 12 PM MYT on weekdays ship the same day. Weekends and public holidays delay processing to the next business day.

Returns and Refunds

  • 30-Day Returns: Unworn glasses with tags and original packaging. Customer covers return shipping; refunds issued within 7 days of receipt.

  • Exchanges: Free for defects or sizing issues—contact support@eighthours.my within 7 days

  • No returns on custom or final-sale items.
