These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Eight Hours website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing the Site, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eight Hours is operated by Connor Davison, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“we,” “us,” “our”).

Use of the site

  • The Site is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without written permission.

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirements

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations, including fraudulent activity.

Products and orders

  • All products (e.g., blue light blocking glasses) are described as accurately as possible. Images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly.

  • Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude shipping/taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

  • Orders are subject to availability. We may cancel orders if items are out of stock or for other valid reasons, refunding any payment.

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance; we may contact you to verify details.

Payments

  • Accepted methods: Credit/debit cards, online wallets (via secure third-party processors).

  • Full payment is required upfront. Payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details.

  • All charges are non-refundable except as per our Returns Policy (linked on the Site).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is within Malaysia only (see Shipping Policy for details).

  • Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays due to carriers or external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns, Refunds & Warranty

  • 30-day returns for unworn products in original packaging (customer pays return shipping)

  • Defective items: Contact support within 7 days for free exchange/repair

  • Products carry a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects

  • No refunds on custom or final-sale items. See Returns Policy for full details

  • All sales are “as is” beyond warranty; no implied warranties.

Intellectual Property

  • All Site content (text, images, logos) is owned by Eight Hours or licensed to us. Unauthorized use infringes our rights.

  • User-generated content (e.g., reviews) grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Eight Hours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss)

  • Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

  • Products are not medical devices; consult a doctor for health advice. Results vary.

Privacy

  • Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy, compliant with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the Site regularly.
